Once we have the Unlock code for the phone, we will send it to you via email, along with the instructions for entering the code. We will request your Unlock code within 24 hours of receiving your request. This can vary and can take 3 -21 days depending on the make/model of your phone. This can be found on the box of the phone, underneath the battery, or by dialing *#06#.
